Payments can be made through our event registration website, paid directly to our office or deducted through invoice. If you would like to have your payment deducted through invoice please contact Margie Hentges at MargieH@Theisens.com, or phone, (563) 556-4738. Please note: by registering for the Golfing Event you are acknowledging that any non-payment can be deducted from invoice (DFI) once the show is complete. If you bill through Mid-States you are also allowing Theisen's to file a credit in the amount due on your behalf which will be considered a pre-approved payment. Any payment not received 10 days after the event has ended will be billed to you.
